The Tenaya, named after Lake Tenaya in the High Sierra, is our most feature-rich family of kayaks with top-of-the-line quality construction incorporating welded tubes and integrated 8 cm HDDS drop-stitch floor. Based on a proven design, the Tenaya incorporates evolutionary improvements including an improved foot bracing system and a new high-back seat design. MOLLE and universal mounts allow for integration with your favorite peripheral accessory brands. The Tenaya includes multiple self-bailing scupper drains adding to its paddling versatility. Integrated US fin box with a weedless click-in fin allows for toolless setup.

Termination of purchase or cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 48 hours of the order date and time in order to receive a full refund. Rivers to Ocean Kayaking will have your products delivered to your address listed directly from the Spinera distribution locations, after 48 hours, products will be in the distribution process and cancellation will not be possible.
Transportation Damage and Incompleteness
Should you find transport damages on the delivered goods or determine incompleteness, please contact Rivers to Ocean Kayaking within three working days after receipt of the products. Later transportation complaints cannot be taken into consideration.
Warranty
We are very proud of the high-quality standards of our products. Occasionally, a product may have manufacturing defects. As soon as a warranty claim including original invoice and pictures has reached us, our staff will immediately deal with your submission and provide a solution for you.
Excluded from the warranty are:
- Normal wear and tear
- Handles, zippers, straps
- Other connecting parts
- Damages caused by improper handling, maintenance or storage
- Damages caused by sharp objects
- Damages by exceeding the recommended number of users
We do not sell kayaks for you to test and return. If you have not taken a tour with us, please take a tour to make sure our kayaks are what you want as there will be no refunds 48 hours after the order time and date.
If you feel that any item you have received is defective, please contact us for assistance on your item’s warranty. We will make sure your product meets all factory standards.
Delivery
- We choose the most efficient form of transport for you
- A signature will be required for larger orders
- We reserve the right to make partial deliveries in case this seems to be advantageous for a speedy processing.
Manufacturers Certificate of Origin
All kayaks will have a certificate of origin which will be required if you plan to register your vessel. Every state has different rules for registration, check with your officials for compliance. For example, in the state of Florida, Rivers to Ocean Kayaking is required to have registrations for each kayak due to installing an electric motor on our longer tours. If we did not install motors, registration would not be required.
Personal assistance and advice
We offer free user experience and support that no other retailer can offer specifically for these products. We only sell products that we use in our tours and that gives us superior knowledge. We do not get paid to promote or use any products in our business.
